How can I determine what size I am in your collection?
You can first refer to our Size Chart to determine which size is most appropriate for you. However, size charts are not always most reflective of real women's sizes. We love to make garments that are fitted for you, rather than fit you in one of our sizes. So you can always choose your garment to be Made to Measure and give us 3 basic measurements for us to craft the perfect garment for you. I am on the curvy side and I want a custom fitted dress. I have broad hips but because of that I have to buy larger sizes. I am tall and thin and the usual sizes are too short for me, I feel I need better fitting at upper arms as I have fat arms. My shoulders are narrow and I have to often wear sleeveless tops. Can you guys make anything that suits me?
Of course we can! We are all are different sizes and we could wear a lot more outfits if the clothes were made keeping our sizes in mind. As long as we have your measurements, we’ll make something for you that’s perfectly suited for your body that’s contemporary and at the same time, comfortable.Top
How do I make an order for a custom fitted garment?
Choose your favorite garment. While choosing the size, select "Made to Measure". You will be prompted to give your 3 basic measurements. If you have provided them before, just select “use my earlier measurements”. If you still have any queries, you can reach out to us at +91-70459 59922.Top
How do I see the earlier measurements that I have provided?
You can log into your account, then refer to Order History for the measurements provided last. If you do not have an account yet, you can open one now with the email id used for previous purchases. Your previous orders will also be a part of your Order History.Top
Can I change an earlier set of measurements?
Yes you can! You can always provide new measurements once you choose "Made to Measure" while selecting the size.Top
Can I place an order over the phone?

Can I make changes to my existing order?
You think you have placed your order under some confusion and want to cancel or modify it. We can assist you if you contact us within 12 hours of making the order on +91-70459 59922 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.orgTop
When will I receive my order?
Your garment will be delivered to you within 5-6 days of placing the order. Once we ship it, we will provide you a tracking number, and you should be able to track it while it's in transit.Top
It’s okay if you haven’t done this before. Just follow our simple guide to measure yourself and you’ll see that it’s really easy and fun. We also review every customer’s measurements thoroughly and if something seems a bit off, we will reach out to you. So just keep a relaxed posture and measure yourself away. I have specific fit problems with off-the-rack clothing? How do I avoid them here?
You can definitely write a note to us during your checkout, mentioning any specific issues we must keep in mind. It could be related to any aspect of your fit. Be as detailed as you would like and we will take care of it while getting your garment ready. In case we need more details from you, we will reach out to you via email or our representative will call you to get to know your problems better.Top
I received my garment, but I need an alteration.
If you have fit issues with your garment, we will undertake alterations to make sure it is to your liking. You can check more on the Returns and Exchanges policy at the bottom of this page.Top
Do you have a store that I can visit?
Currently our presence is exclusively online. Our office is located in Santacruz East and if you would like to meet us in person, we would be glad to host you for coffee. Just email us at email@example.com for fixing an appointment.Top
What kind of fabrics do you use?
Each of the fabrics that we use has been carefully chosen and tested to ensure that it is most ideal fabrics for Indian climates and also most appropriate for professional work wear in today’s offices. Based on the designs, we have used several fabrics including cottons, organic fabrics like modal and viscose or soft polyester with or without lycra. All our fabrics are soft to the feel and smooth against the skin.Top
Where are your products manufactured?
We are proud that all our garments are made in India. Our design team is located in Mumbai and our fabrics are sourced from India and from around the world to provide you the right outfit in the right fabric.Top
